›› In essential beliefs - we have unity.
"There is one Body and one Spirit...there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all..." Ephesians 4:4-6

›› In non-essential beliefs - we have liberty.
"Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters... Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls... So then each of us will give an account of himself to God... So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God." Romans 14:1, 4, 12, 22

›› In all our beliefs - we show love.
"...If I hold in my mind not only all human knowledge but also the very secrets of God, and if I have the faith that can move mountains - but have no love, I amount to nothing at all." 1 Corinthians 13:2

1. THE SCRIPTURES
The Bible is the inspired record of God's word to all humankind. It was written by authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.

2. GOD
There is one and only one living God. God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

3. JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. In his incarnation as Jesus Christ, he was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary and partook of the nature of God and man. He is the one mediator in whom reconciliation is accomplished between God and humankind.

4. THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son. He is present in the world to make humans aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under his daily control.

5. HUMAN BEINGS
Humans are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character. Although humans have tremendous potential for good, they are marred by an attitude of disobedience to God called sin. This attitude separates humankind from God.

6. SALVATION
Salvation involves the redemption of humankind and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, who by his death on the cross obtained eternal life for all who believe. Salvation involves repentance toward God and faith alone in Jesus Christ.

7. THE CHURCH
The church is a local body of baptized believers who are associated by faith in Jesus Christ. A church is a self-governing body operating under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The New Testament also speaks of the Church as the body of Christ, which includes all who have professed Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

8. BAPTISM & THE LORD'S SUPPER
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer's faith in a crucified, buried and risen Savior. The Lords Supper is a symbolic act of obedience whereby Christians through partaking of the bread and wine, remember the death of Christ and anticipate his Second Coming.

9. RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
God alone is Lord of conscience. Church and state should be separate. The church should not resort to the civil power to carry on its work. The gospel of Christ contemplates only the use of spiritual means to pursue its ends. The state has no right to impose penalties for religious opinions of any kind. The state has no right to impose taxes for the support of any form of religion.

10. LAST THINGS
God in His own time and in His own way will bring the world to its appropriate end. According to His promise, Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in glory to the earth, the dead will be raised, and Christ will judge humankind in righteousness. The unrighteous will be consigned to hell, which is eternal separation from God. The righteous will dwell forever in Heaven with the Lord.
